This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the processing of patient data inside the Wadana MedLocal software, which is governed by a separate data processing agreement. The German version is the legally binding one.

2. What this website processes

This is a static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no externally hosted fonts and no contact form.

When you open the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (server log files): IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This is required to run the site securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in fault-free operation). Log files are deleted after a short period.

3. Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR. We delete the message once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.

Please do not send patient data by email.

4. Hosting

The site is hosted with a service provider in the European Union. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with that provider.

5. Recipients and third countries

We do not pass your data to third parties other than the hosting provider named above. No transfer to countries outside the EU or EEA takes place.
